Emmett has over 30 years of Corporate Operations and Project Management experience including commercial construction, business development, client services, contract negotiation and real estate property management. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University where earned a BS degree in Construction Management. For over a decade Emmett has been involved in every aspect of the construction industry and has developed the experience, knowledge and leadership skills necessary to be successful in today’s competitive environment.

Prior work experience includes, Vice President – Business Development of a med-size Cincinnati based Construction firm and various leadership positions at Cincinnati Bell, Inc., where he was Director of Business Installation and Repair Operations. Emmett attends Crossroads Community Church where he an active volunteer in several church and community outreach projects. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cinco Family Financial Center Credit Union and recently completed a four year term as Vice President of ScoutREACH for the Boy Scouts of America, Dan Beard Council.

Paul has been active in the construction and real estate industry for more than 35 years in a variety of disciplines. As one of the founding members of DFS he has managed processes and procedures for the execution of the projects. His insights and experience as a contractor, developer, and business owner provides the foundation of Diversified Facility Solution’s philosophy: “Working from the Owner’s viewpoint”.

Prior to starting Diversified Facility Solutions, Paul was Executive Vice President of Turnbull, Poppleton and Associates; a consulting firm specializing in corporate project management. He guided this firm, managing operations, from a small group to fifteen project managers providing corporate services for several national firms performing services in 36 states across the nation. This included corporate offices, data centers, retail establishments, and medical facilities.

Paul has been very active in his local community. He is a current member of the College Hill Gardeners Club, College Hill Community Urban Development Corporation, Saint Clare Choir, Saint Clare Building and Facilities Subcommittee.
