FritoLay ADA Enabling Project
DFS was selected as the General Contractor for the Frito-Lay / PepsiCo enabling - ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Compliance program. Our scope of work included providing all supervision, labor, material for the full complete construction and refurbishment of exterior parking lot repairs. Interior work to include, installation of entrance doors, automatic closures with overhead sensors, security swipes, and replacement or lowering of countertops and base cabinets to meet ADA compliance.
Health Source of Ohio - Eastgate
This facility is designed as two-story facility that houses primary care services. The lower level houses record storage, and a new dental clinic. It incorporates such green features as a rain garden to manage storm water, and skylights and solar tubes to maximize natural illumination. The project is on a fast track schedule to be completed in Spring of 2012.
PNC/National City Consolidation Program
DFS was selected as a preferred General Contractor to assist PNC Bank with the conversion and renovation of 25 local National City Bank branches. This project was performed in conjunction with the re-imaging of the multi-branch consolidation program across the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
